FlexCare’s pricing structure is designed to be as flexible as its service offerings. You can choose between two main support plans: Budgeted and Unlimited. The Budgeted plan allows you to set a budget for services and assistance from NCI’s support team and help desk over a 12-month period. The Unlimited plan provides unlimited support and assistance throughout the agreement period.
In addition to the two different support plans, you can select from a menu of technical services to include in your agreement. Examples include hosted anti-virus, email filtering, web filtering, breach detection, security awareness training, managed backups, and more.
